Our condolences go out to the family of Dr. Gayle Rayburn who passed away on November 14th, 1999. Gayle was a former member of the IMA Board of Regents and the recipient of the Lee Brummer/IMA Distinguished Service Award for Educators in 1998. At the time of her death she was Professor of Accounting at Southeast Missouri State University.

Robert J. Thompson, former St. Louis Chapter IMA board member, passed away on December 7th, 1999 of cancer. Robert was a past President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants, in addition to performing volunteer work for the United Way of St. Louis and the Humane Society of Missouri.
